New Years Resolutions , made to be broken? Or new year, new you?
Christmas and New Year its all over for another year (or another 11 months…. sob sob!) and we are all nursing our hangovers from all that partying , and sobbing our wee hearts out from all that extra weight we have gained, with all the over indulging on chocolates, turkey and the rest! The December saying “Ah well its Christmas” its now being regretted in every manner!
So in comes 1st January (or in this case 8th January) and we are deciding enough is enough, its time to shape up and make some resolutions for a new me!! Go on, we all do it, right?
Must go to the gym more, must start eating healthy, bla bla bla, but who really keeps them?
Well we are going to this year – starting the gym….. next week (YES really!) …. all these celebs with their workout DVD’s out, TOWIE star Lauren Goodger and her 4 stone weight loss, Charlotte Crosby and her enviable figure and even Lorraine Kelly is making us jealous. Its time to put down the crisps, the selection boxes, and the TV remote control and take action. (OK maybe next week?)
So first call of action – the wardrobe.
We want to look good in the gym, dont we? Cause looking good, means feeling good, meaning we will work harder – right?
